Planets in the first ring would be un invade-able but because its the most dense there some would have to be pushed out to the second ring and planets that are level 30-60 should be put in the empty third ring. Right now the solar map seems to be divided into three sections the goal is to have fun pvp while maintaining the feel of pve. my inspiration centers around the invasion of other players worlds to assasinate a specific target or even to complete an objective to hinder the progress of the player in his/her/it's mission.
